Does Jachai offer installment facilities?

Yes, Jachai.com Limited offers Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) facilities on selected and eligible products purchased through the Jachai platform. The EMI facility is available exclusively for payments made with partner bank credit cards and is subject to approval, eligibility criteria, and the issuing bank's applicable terms and conditions. Availability of EMI, including tenure options and applicable interest or charges, may vary depending on the issuing bank’s policies and the customer’s credit profile. Jachai does not guarantee EMI approval, as final authorization and processing of the installment facility are handled solely by the respective issuing bank.

What are the terms and conditions for EMI on Jachai?

• EMI is available on selected Jachai products only.
• The minimum eligible product price starts at BDT 10,000.
• Eligibility for EMI applies to only single Item/product priced at a minimum of BDT 10,000.
• EMI is applicable on individual product value, not total cart value.
• Customers must have a valid credit card with sufficient limit.
• Available tenures: 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 & 36 months, subject to bank policy.
• EMI interest, if any, is determined by the issuing bank. Jachai does not charge any markup or require a down payment.
• Any convenience fee or applicable charges are imposed by the issuing bank.

Which banks are eligible for EMI?

EMI is available only on partner bank credit cards. Availability may vary based on bank policy and tenure. The list of available banks is displayed on the Product Detail Page (PDP).

How does EMI work?

• First, add your products to the cart.
• The cart should include only one product worth a minimum of TK 10,000/-
• Select checkout, proceed to payment, and select EMI as your payment method.
• Enter your card number, your EMI tenure, and enter your card details.
• You will receive a code on your registered phone number & email address
• Enter the code and place your order.

What are the Interest & Charges?

EMI interest, if applicable, is determined solely by the issuing bank. Jachai does not charge any markup and does not require any down payment. Any processing fee, tax, or additional charge is imposed by the issuing bank as per its applicable terms.

What are the Customer Responsibilities?

Customers are responsible for timely repayment of all EMI installments. Jachai shall not be liable for any late payment charges, penalties, or interest imposed by the issuing bank.

Are there any hidden charges for EMI purchases?

Jachai.com Limited does not impose any hidden charges. Any interest, Convenience fee, tax, or penalty is governed by the issuing bank’s terms.

Right to Modify or Withdraw

Jachai.com Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the EMI facility or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

গ্রাহকেরদায়িত্ব কী কী?

গ্রাহকদায়িত্বশীলভাবে সমস্ত কিস্তি সময়মতো পরিশোধ করবেন। যাচাই ডট কম লিমিটেড কোনও লেট ফি, জরিমানা বা সুদের জন্যদায়ী নয় যা ব্যাংকআরোপ করতে পারে।

EMI কেনাকাটায়কোনো লুকানো চার্জ আছে কি?

যাচাই ডট কম লিমিটেড কোন লুকানো চার্জ আরোপ করে না।যেকোনো সুদ, প্রক্রিয়াজাতকরণ ফি, কর বা জরিমানা ব্যাংকেরশর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য।

পরিবর্তনবা বাতিলের অধিকার

যাচাই ডট কম লিমিটেড যেকোনো সময় EMI সুবিধা বা এই শর্তাবলীপরিবর্তন, স্থগিত বা বাতিল করারঅধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে, কোনো পূর্ববিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই।
