Jachai users can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data directly from the Jachai application.
Delete Your Account from the Jachai.
Follow these steps:
1. Open the Jachai app.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the account-deletion confirmation message.
6. Tap Continue or Confirm Delete Account.
7. A one-time password, or OTP, will be sent to the phone number or email address currently connected to your Jachai account.
8. Enter the OTP and submit it.
9. After successful OTP verification, your account will be scheduled for deletion.
40-Day Account Recovery Period:
After submitting the account-deletion request, you will have 40 days to recover your account.
During this 40-day period, you can recover your account by logging in again and completing the required account verification.
If you recover your account within 40 days, the deletion request will be cancelled and you will be able to continue using your Jachai account.
If you do not recover your account within 40 days, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Account-Deletion Confirmation Message
When you select Delete Account, the following message will be displayed:

Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion. You can recover your account within 40 days by logging in again and completing account verification.
After 40 days, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number or email address to confirm this request.

Important Information
Deleting your account is a serious action. After the 40-day recovery period ends, the deletion will be permanent and cannot be undone.
After your account is permanently deleted:
You will no longer be able to log in using that account.
Your profile information will be deleted.
Your saved addresses and other personal account information will be deleted.
Your account preferences and related personal information will be deleted.
Data associated with your account will be deleted according to Jachai’s Privacy Policy and data-retention policy.
Certain transaction, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained where required by applicable laws and regulations.
